At Bunk and Bed Co., we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we sell. All our furniture is covered by a comprehensive 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
Our warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Structural frame defects or failures
- Manufacturing defects in hardware or components
- Defective upholstery materials or stitching
- Finish defects (peeling, cracking, or discoloration under normal use)
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Damage from improper assembly or installation
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage during shipping or delivery (please report immediately upon receipt)
- Stains, burns, cuts, or pet damage to upholstery
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your furniture has a defect covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact us with your order number, date of purchase, and photos clearly showing the defect
- Receive your MRA number - Once approved, we'll issue a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number
- Return the item - Package the item securely and include your MRA number on the outside of the box
- Resolution - We'll repair, replace, or refund the defective item within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Important: Do not return any items without an MRA number. Returns without authorization cannot be processed and may be refused.
Important Notes
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
- MRA number must be clearly visible on the outside of return packages
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
- Replacement parts or products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved
- MRA numbers are valid for 30 days from issue date
