We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policies below, organized by product category.


Bedding Products (Comforters, Shams, Duvet Covers, Quilts)

Product Specifications & Tolerances

Our premium bedding products are crafted from high-quality textile materials. Due to the nature of textile manufacturing, please note the following:

Measurement Tolerance: The measurement tolerance on most bedding products is +4"/−2". This means the actual measurements may vary by up to 4 inches larger or 2 inches smaller than the listed dimensions. This industry-standard tolerance allows for a small margin of error in the cutting and sewing process, ensuring you receive a product that is both beautiful and functional.

Color Variations: Textile products may be fabricated from different dye lots. Occasionally, you may see slightly different fabric colors for the same style from one textile to another. These minor variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Order Changes & Cancellations for Bedding

All bedding orders are firm upon submission. We'll try to accommodate change or cancellation requests received before warehouse release. Please note:

  • Once picking/packing begins or an order is staged, any item changed or canceled incurs a 10% restocking fee
  • After shipment, refused deliveries will incur a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges
  • Send change/cancel requests to us with your order number
  • Approved changes may affect ship dates and freight costs

Returns for Bedding Products

We will only accept returns for defective or incorrect bedding items within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

 

Return Process:

  1. Contact us first to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number
  2. Email a photo of the defective/damaged item for approval
  3. Clearly mark the RA number on all return boxes
  4. Ship the return with the RA number visible

Important: Any return without an RA number will be refused. Credit for approved returns is issued after receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

Note: Measurement variations within the +4"/−2" tolerance and minor dye lot color differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Bedding Products Returns

We want you to love your bedding! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on bedding products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions for Bedding:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Return Bedding:

  1. Contact us at sales@bunkandbedco.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. We'll provide return shipping instructions
  3. Ship items back in original packaging
  4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.


Bed Returns

Our beds are sourced from GigaCloud and have a different return policy due to their size and manufacturer requirements. We provide multiple detailed product images from various angles to help you make informed purchasing decisions before purchase. Please review all product photos, descriptions, and specifications carefully before ordering.

Assembly Instructions

Important: Assembly instructions for beds are included on the product sales page. If you cannot find the assembly instructions on the product page, please contact us at sales@bunkandbedco.com and we'll be happy to provide them.

Returns Refunds ****Manufacturer Defects Only:

Returns on beds are only accepted for manufacturer defects. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or other non-defect reasons.

Reporting Damage:

  • Inspect your bed immediately upon delivery
  • Report any damage or defects within 5 days of delivery
  • Contact us at sales@bunkandbedco.com with photos of the damage
  • We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for verified defects

RMA Process:

  1. Email us within 5 days with photos showing the defect
  2. We'll review and issue an RMA if the claim is approved
  3. Follow the RMA instructions for return or replacement
  4. GigaCloud will coordinate the return logistics

Important: Claims reported after 5 days will not be honored. Please inspect your bed carefully upon delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or resolution for verified claims

Beds - Damage or Defect Claims:

Our beds are sourced from GigaCloud and follow strict manufacturer guidelines:

  • Inspect your bed immediately upon delivery
  • Report any damage or defects within 5 days of delivery
  • Contact us at sales@bunkandbedco.com with clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for verified manufacturer defects or transit damage
  • GigaCloud will coordinate replacement or repair based on the RMA

How to Report an Issue:
