3-Month Limited Warranty

At Bunk and Bed Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. All furniture purchased from our store includes a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use, including:

  • Structural defects in frames, slats, or support systems
  • Defective hardware or fasteners
  • Manufacturing flaws in finishes or coatings
  • Issues with welds, joints, or construction

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper assembly
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, fading from normal use)
  • Damage from accidents, spills, or natural disasters
  • Damage from pets (scratches, chewing, stains)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Products not purchased directly from Bunk and Bed Co.
  • Comfort preferences or changes in personal taste

14-Day Return Policy

In addition to your warranty coverage, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All hardware and components must be included
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
  • A restocking fee may apply to returns without valid defect or damage

Important: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

How to Make a Warranty Claim or Return

Step 1: Request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) 

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide:

  • Your order number and date of purchase
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or issue (for warranty claims)
  • A description of the problem or reason for return

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number

Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue an RMA number within 1-2 business days. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided with your RMA approval.

Step 4: Resolution

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Provide replacement parts at no charge (for warranty claims), or
  • Offer a replacement product (for warranty claims), or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Returns without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Important Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • Warranty coverage begins on the delivery date, not the order date
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items to verify warranty claims
  • All returns require an RMA number - no exceptions
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state
